Selection Criteria 

  1. Aspirational Players - indicated their aspirations to participate in the BE pathway to play for their County and their Country (Evidence - Competitors confirmation on entry form)
  2. Competitive Players - participating in BE Blue Riband events In the current year (Evidence - Competitors confirmation on entry form) 
  3. Consistent Players - demonstrate consistent success in Blue Riband events at County level over a 3 year period (Evidence- County Points system)
  4. Team players - ability to play in any position across four disciplines - Interaction with others and desire to win (Special Selectors knowledge and experience of players at Club and  County levels)
  5. Availability - for regional events and fixed dates that elevate top-level county competition consistent with international level:
